Marketing Intelligence and Data Analyst
Huntsman is seeking a Marketing Intelligence and Data Analyst supporting the Performance Products Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Finance Team.
Job Scope
Huntsman has an opportunity for Market Intelligence and Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, to join our Performance Products finance team, located in The Woodlands, Texas. You will be responsible for supporting the Performance Products division with the creation of business and functional dashboards. You will be focused on the creation of visualization of financial and functional performance metrics in support of business decisions. You will also work in close collaboration with the global Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial and global S&OP teams.
In summary, as the Marketing Intelligence and Data Analyst, you will:
• Work closely with the Finance Team by providing data visualization around business and functional performance.
• Ensure up to date dashboard information highlighting critical areas for decision making.
• Provide training to functions on the use of the dashboards.
• Be confident with statistical programming software like SAS, R, Python equivalents and SQL is a plus
• Work in close cooperation with the Global Reporting Team to leverage on best practices and sharing of developments.
• Execute refresh routines and updates to existing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Develop new dashboards in line with evolving functional needs.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or 3+ years of experience in financial analytics or data science
Skills and knowledge
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and corporate finance principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Strong team focus, with ability to manage high workload
Preferred Qualifications
