As a Market Data Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and validating market information within our platform. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.

In this role, you will…

  • Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.

  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.

  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.

  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.

  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.


What you'll bring

  • Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

  • Minimum 1 year experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.

  • Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.

  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
