Key Responsibilities:
[Planning and Execution Market Access strategy]
Develop optimal access and business strategy of established products and lead reimbursement processes to optimize patient access
Provide qualified documents for all market access activities, including P&R planning, product value dossier, local adaptation of HTA materials, HIRA dossier, response to all requirements of government bodies and payers
Drives and ensure the local HEOR and RWE strategy to secure value-based pricing for reimbursement in alignment with cross-functional teams
Monitor competitive market conditions that affect pricing for individual brands and overall industry
Develop a comprehensive and updated overview of policy changes and trends which may impact pricing and access for patients to GSK’s portfolio
Anticipate the change in the healthcare industry environment and pricing policies to capture and lead environment shaping to secure better patient access for GSK assets with a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy
Ensure a common understanding and alignment with commercial, regulatory and medical teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably degree in pharmacy, public health, bio/chemical-related
Strategic mindset with problems solving, and analytical ability
Pro-active attitude and the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Postgraduate qualifications in health economics or healthcare policy (Preferred)
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry with in-depth understanding of market access, commercial or business functions (healthcare system, pricing policy, HTA, HEOR) (Preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
Collaborative work with internal & external stakeholders
