As a member of Pharmalex Italian Market Access Team, the Senior Specialist will be involved in the development of several projects (Pricing & Reimbursement), mostly under the supervision of a senior.
Responsibilities
Conducting desk research to a specific topic using internal and external sources;
Gain autonomy working mainly with senior figures in the preparation, execution and follow-up of client projects;
Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations;
Taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables;
Fulfilling National OR Regional Pricing & Reimbursement Dossier sections
Managing and populating Market Access internal databases;

Education
MSc graduated in pharmacy or science or economics or statistic with strong record of academic achievement or postgraduate (MBA/PhD) record in Market Access or Health Policy or Health Economics;
Experience
Experience on MA topics and projects (internships or fixed term contracts) ideally into consulting companies
Skills
Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: strong ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and create Power Point presentations;
Knowledge of the regulatory system for medicines and medical devices is a nice to have;
Proficiency both in English and Italian;
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good planning, time management and organizational skills;
Ability to work in different teams.
