Position Overview:
Clemson Marina is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Marina Specialist. In this role (internally titled Logistics Coordinator), you’ll play a key part in supporting daily marina operations, including boat movement, equipment operation, and overall property upkeep.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
As a Marina Specialist, you will support a variety of operational needs across the property. Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting with boat movements, safely operating equipment such as forklifts and tractors, and helping maintain marina grounds through general upkeep and light maintenance projects.
In addition to outdoor operations, this role also supports day-to-day administrative tasks. This may include completing routine reports, using marina management systems, and assisting in the ship store as needed to support the overall customer experience.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, comfort with basic computer systems, and the ability to safely and confidently operate marina equipment.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrated experience in safely operating heavy equipment.
Experience with trailering and towing operations.
Knowledge of boat handling, storage procedures, and boating safety practices.
Travel Requirements:
This position may occasionally involve travel to other business locations or event sites as needed.
Working Conditions:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 to $19.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
