Position Responsibilities:
As a Manulife Summer Intern, you may:
Support day‑to‑day operations and assist teams in delivering business initiatives across various business streams.
Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Participate in team discussions to contribute fresh perspectives and ideas.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
Learn and apply industry knowledge related to insurance, financial services, and your assigned functional area.
Assist in enhancing customer experience and supporting digital, operational, and product‑related initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduates with a Bachelor's Degree or above in any disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic corporate environment.
Able to commit to the full internship period on a full-time basis (June to August 2026).
