The Asia Retirement team provides strategic and operations oversight to Manulife’s retirement businesses across Asia. The team is responsible for conducting market analysis, tracking/influencing regulatory reform, formulating market entry strategies and all aspects related to the operations of pension businesses in the region. Team members have access to a unique advantage to participate and shape some of the most important strategic choices related to the development of Manulife’s Retirement business in Asia.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis and modeling of retirement plans and pension schemes.
Support data management and reporting activities within existing Asia Retirement.
Assist in developing presentation decks and scripts for conferences and events for senior leaders.
Support market research and data analysis on new market potential and the preparation of business cases.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics).
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Relevant coursework or certifications on project management and data analysis.
Available full-time from February 2026 - August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship experience in management consulting or business management.
Any extra-curricular activities that showcase the above skills and general proactiveness would be a plus.
