Manufacturing Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

Within the production department:

• work with the teams of an Autonomous Production Unit (APU) within a team of supervisors, quality engineers, and technical staff who will support you.
• ensuring smooth collaboration with team members for efficient workflow.
• improve the performance of a production line by managing it using continuous improvement tools.
• learning and performing various tasks in the production process to gain insight into the role of a manager by assisting the supervisors on a daily basis and eventually replacing them (managing team organization, team scheduling, adapting resources based on customer needs, etc.).
