  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering teams on defining test requirment, system integration, including test programs, automation control, and test hardware, to ensure compatibility with high‑volume production requirements.

  • Debug SLT test stations and perform system‑level and silicon‑level failure analysis to quickly identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

  • Develop scripts and tools to support test automation, data collection, and test equipment performance analysis.

  • Design and execute DOE studies to resolve engineering issues in the production environment and improve yield, stability, and throughput.

  • Build and maintain process documentation and work instructions, and drive knowledge transfer from NPI into mass production teams to ensure smooth scaling and repeatability.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a semiconductor testing and/or electronic manufacturing environment.

  • Strong capability in test automation, including automated test flows, scripting, and infrastructure to support high‑volume production testing.

  • Strong expertise in active thermal control for semiconductor testing applications.

  • Solid programming background, including Python, Linux shell scripting, and C#.

  • Hands‑on mechanical knowledge related to test equipment assembly, with the ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

  • Proficiency in test data analysis and the use of statistical tools to drive continuous improvement.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong hands‑on experience in solving complex engineering issues, with a willingness to engage directly in practical, lab‑based tasks.

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic production environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as an essential teammate and technical domain expert.
