Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Manufacturing Technology Analysts to support teams in Everett, Washington. We are hiring multiple levels, including Senior or Lead.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes data to make recommendations on projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices.
  • Manages projects using approved project management techniques.
  • Coordinates improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes.
  • Creates or approves supporting processes and related documentation.
  • Assists with consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production.
  • Participates on product development teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.
  • Performs feasibility studies in support of product development.
  • Performs technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan.
  • Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance.
  • Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 or more cumulative years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, military, or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Lead level)
  • 10 or more cumulative years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, military, or production environment.

Pay Range Summary:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Senior (Level 4): $114,750 – $155,250

Lead (Level 5): $140,250 – $189,750
