We are looking for Production Operators / Manufacturing Technician who will be responsible for operating equipment and ensuring quality output. You will need to take initiatives in maintaining overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations; logging the machines when necessary and communicating to the appropriate personnel. Your responsibilities include supporting a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards. We encourage applicants with a positive and growth attitude to join our dynamic team! Looking to work Shift: Days - C-Shift:  Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Alternating Wednesday

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor multiple production machines to ensure consistent, quality output.
  • Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily operational tasks.
  • Accurately log machine activities and provide machine coverage during breaks.
  • Communicate equipment performance issues promptly to the appropriate Lead.
  • Follow current process specifications to maintain product and process quality.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and support 6S and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Complete required training, certification, and recertification activities.
  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to operate equipment and learn computer-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in logging, communication, and workstation organization.
  • Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with a rotating day/night schedule.
  • Capability to follow written procedures and safety protocols consistently.
  • Effective communication skills to provide and receive clear pass downs.

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or equipment‑operation environment.
  • Familiarity with 6S or similar workplace organization methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and report equipment issues proactively.
  • Experience participating in certification or structured training programs.
  • A positive, growth‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality and safety improvements.
