The Role:
Responsible for setting up production equipment and molds, cycling presses, and guiding shift personnel on equipment operation. All tasks are performed under supervision and in alignment with production and quality standards.
In this role you will:
Core Jobs: (Setup /Startup/Changeover Injection Molding Presses and Extrusion machine)
Set up and remove molds in injection molding presses.
Set up and changeover Extrusion process.
Start up and cycle production equipment, ensuring proper adjustments to produce parts that meet company standards.
Periodically check part quality and make necessary equipment adjustments to maintain acceptable output.
Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting part quality or production efficiency.
Communicate essential information to the next shift and relevant departments.
Log process changes, press settings, and complete all required documentation promptly.
2. Environment, Health and Safety
(1) Follow all EHS and 5S guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
(2) Complete all required safety training on time and participate in group safety activities.
3. Assigned Responsibilities
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Ensure the highest product quality and compliance with Entegris Quality Systems, ISO, and relevant standards.
Ensure production schedules are set up and cycled as planned.
Verify that all production items meet quality requirements and are handled according to established procedures.
Lead the group to achieve optimal production output and efficiency.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Minimum Diploma or Technical Certificate.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding.
Basic mathematics skills, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
Experience operating molding-related equipment (e.g., MTC, robotic fixtures).
Knowledge of extrusion or molding processes.
Understanding of process control and documentation requirements.
Experience in troubleshooting molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Knowledge of SPC and its proper application.
Understanding of polymer processing and drying techniques.
Familiarity with tooling functions in injection molding.

Ability to provide clear feedback on tooling repairs, improvements, or modifications.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities for process-related issues.
