Position Summary:
This role is critical to Entegris’ canister refurbishment process. Our customers demand excellence, and our Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for delivering it! The focus of this role is high-quality, safety-focused disassembly, assembly and troubleshooting of canisters as well as improvement of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your mechanical skills and judicious safety focus to disassemble, assemble and troubleshoot containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as you seek opportunities to continually improve our work processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality and our Safety team to drive toward production goals that delight our customers.
Your high degree of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible.
Your ability to actively seek solutions to problems and willingness to share your ideas with your team;

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
High School Diploma required.
Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
Safety and Quality are key in this role. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment which requires astute attention to detail.
Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.
Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is a plus).
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to attain respirator certification.
