As our next Manufacturing Systems Technician – Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of programming, debugging, installation, and startup of new or modified production and test equipment. Your expertise in electrical systems, CNC/PLC programming, and robotics will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
• Repair, refurbish, and construct CNC/PLC/robotic-based manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble, debug, install, and start up new or modified production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on CNC and automated assembly equipment.
• Organize and maintain the maintenance department for efficiency and safety.
• Support planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational quality targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining and automated assembly maintenance.
• Hands-on skills in electrical assembly, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, Fanuc robots, and CNC systems.
• Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Welding and basic manual machining skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects in manufacturing environments.
