  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to implementation.
  • Shape solution architectures that align with customer strategies, including integration planning and change management considerations.
  • Share best practices and insights across the global Solutions team, contributing to Poka’s continuous improvement in how we sell, demo, and advise.
  • Represent Poka at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing (leadership roles or exposure is a big bonus)
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence principles.
  • Proven ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, from factory floor leaders to C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, value-based demos and presentations in a consultative selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the USA.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.

What will set you apart:

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing roles within manufacturing or industrial software.
