Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

Lead and manage a quality team to ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and customer expectations. Drive process improvements, monitor performance, and foster a culture of engagement and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is an onsite role in our Mt. Juliet TN location with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 5AM-3:30PM.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Oversee daily quality operations: scheduling, task assignment, and workflow coordination
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Analyze process flows and implement improvements
• Prepare and review performance reports (Tableau, product flow metrics)
• Collaborate across teams and act as liaison with vendors and clients
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Support staffing needs, interview candidates, and train team members

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• 3+ years in a leadership role within high-volume manufacturing or repair operations
• 3+ years in a quality-related role; ISO experience a plus
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to interpret data reports
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and engage teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; may require multi-shift coverage

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Experience supervising 15+ associates
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or R2 certifications

Pay Range:

$54,900.00 - $92,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
