In this role, you will:
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Advanced analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Quality operations technical knowledge and strong people management experience
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Thorough understanding of GMPs, applicable SOPs, production processes, and statistical/inspection practices
Proficiency in using data analysis computer tools and conducting statistical analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong collaboration and team-building skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
PROBLEM SOLVING: Must provide directions to production when problems occur in the manufacturing environment.
AUTHORITY TO ACT: Directly responsible for the quality of the product that is produced in this facility. Decisions are made based on knowledge and experience, with input from the manager and/or QA Director as required.
AUTHORITY TO ACT: as the person responsible for decision making regarding Manufacturing Quality sampling and auditing of product in all stages of manufacturing.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Position may require some weekend and off shift presence as business needs dictate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
