A Manufacturing Program Manager plans, executes, and oversees complex manufacturing programs, bridging leadership, engineering, and operations to deliver products on time and budget by managing cross-functional teams, resources, risks, schedules, and budgets while driving process improvements and ensuring quality and compliance. They act as a primary liaison between stakeholders, focusing on shipments, efficiency, cost control, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
•Program Leadership & Strategy: Develop program strategies, manage multiple complex projects, and align activities with organizational goals.
•Planning & Execution: Create manufacturing plans, schedules, and resource allocation; manage workflows from prototyping to launch.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact, coordinating with engineering, sourcing, quality, sales, and other teams.
•Resource Management: Resource allocation to ensure company priorities are met.
•Risk & Quality Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks; ensure adherence to quality control.
•Process Improvement: Develop and support any process improvement initiatives for efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
•Stakeholder Communication: Provide progress reports, manage expectations, and communicate changes to leadership.
Core Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Management).
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Experience with project management methodologies.
•Proven ability to manage timelines and complex projects.
•Ability to speak both Thai and English. Chinese is also a plus.
