As a Manufacturing Professional – Production Process & Equipment, you will play a key role in defining, controlling, and improving manufacturing processes. You will validate new tools and equipment, support product introduction on the shop floor, and ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and alignment across the manufacturing organization.
This role also includes responsibility for leading a small manufacturing unit with an operating budget above $1.5K.
Defining and controlling production processes, including tooling, fixtures, and equipment
Validating design specifications and ensuring correct shop‑floor application of new products, tools, or equipment
Supporting communication and data exchange with engineering, sales, and maintenance teams
Handling and optimizing simple manufacturing processes following established guidelines
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of production equipment
Leading a small manufacturing unit and managing its operational budget
Supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and manufacturing standards
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)
Bring experience in manufacturing processes, production engineering, or equipment validation
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
Show strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
Be able to work independently and make informed decisions
Bring solid problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
