The opportunity
Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
How you’ll make an impact
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams.
- Engage and support a technical workforce, solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Suggest / Develop product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.
- Participate in budgeting processes, labour planning, and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.
- Enforce and maintain the company safety program, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, educating personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Candidate should hold a degree in Bachelor / master’s in electrical / mechanical engineering with relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
