As Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring dependable availability of radiopharmaceutical diagnostic products for our global customers. Operating within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, you will manage material planning, production scheduling, inventory levels, and communication with internal teams and external CMO partners. In this role you will work onsite in Eindhoven.

GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, as well as external manufacturing partners;
  • Plan raw material and finished goods availability to maintain agreed service levels;
  • Translate operational plans into clear scheduling instructions for external manufacturing partners;
  • Monitor inventory levels and take action to prevent shortages or excess stock;
  • Ensure timely and compliant ordering of materials in line with GxP requirements;
  • Maintain accurate system data related to stock, planning parameters, and production timelines;
  • Act promptly on supply risks, deviations, or schedule changes to minimize customer impact;
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to communicate deviations or urgent schedule updates with distributors and stakeholders;
  • Manage weekly and monthly planning cycles to ensure production meets forecasted demand;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase planning efficiency and reliability;
  • Track and communicate Supply Chain SQDCI metrics (e.g., on-time deviation, OTIF, inventory level);
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve supply resilience and operational performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Some experience in Materials Planning, Production Scheduling, or Supply Chain Management. A background in a regulated industry such as pharma or medical devices manufacturing is an advantage;
  • Experience working with SAP (MM, PP, or APO modules);
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams;
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, Dutch or German language skills are a plus;
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
