About the role
As a Manufacturing Operator you’ll be part of the team that keeps our production lines running smoothly and safely. You’ll be hands‑on with equipment, materials, and products every day—setting up machines, monitoring production, fixing small issues when they come up, and making sure everything meets quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who likes staying active, working with machinery, and taking ownership of their work area.
Role Responsibilities
Run and monitor manufacturing equipment on your assigned line or work center
Set up machines at the start of a run, make adjustments during production, and perform changeovers between products
Clean equipment and work areas following GMP and safety guidelines
Measure, weigh, inspect, and process materials to make sure products meet quality standards
Keep an eye on how the process is running and catch issues early before they affect quality or output
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical fixes during production
Replace worn or non‑functioning parts when needed and escalate larger issues to maintenance or technical teams
Make sure materials and supplies are stocked and ready so production keeps moving
Move materials safely using approved material‑handling equipment
Accurately complete batch records, equipment logs, cleaning logs, and system entries (SAP/ERP) throughout your shift
Follow written procedures (SOPs, GMPs, standard work) and ask questions anytime something isn’t clear
Wear required PPE and follow all safety and environmental rules
Report safety concerns, process issues, or quality problems right away
Take part in required training and continue building skills so you can independently run multiple work centers
Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and support teams to keep operations running smoothly
