The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fuselage Assembly Center team in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 + years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1 + years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
1 + years of experience in Data Analysis
1 + years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Lean certification (Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Six Sigma, 3P)
1 + years of experience with Project Management
1 + years of experience with Boeing Production Systems/Lean
1 + years of experience working in a production environment
