  • Partner with SMEs to capture and transform real work scenarios into structured digital and in‑person learning modules.

Operational Collaboration & Compliance

  • Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and EHS to align training programs with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal audit readiness, and external regulatory expectations.
  • Provide change management leadership and training readiness support for new equipment, process, and product introductions (e.g., NPI/transfer/ECN), including SOP/work instruction updates, pilot runs, and go‑live stabilization plans.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, time‑to‑competency, certification rates, and post‑training performance.

  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve curricula, delivery methods, trainers, and training technologies.

  • Establish standard work to reduce onboarding time while improving first‑time quality, and maintain the skills matrix as a living system integrated with scheduling, staffing, and line readiness.

Required Qualifications
