Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 737-P-8 Manufacturing Team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience within the Boeing Production System (BPS)
• 1+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
• Experience utilizing performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing

Shift:

Candidates may be selected for 1st, or 2nd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range: $118,800 - $145,200
