The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Electrical Systems Responsibility Center is seeking First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to join our 777X CI&R team in Everett, Washington, on 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors
Leads by promoting employee engagement and builds on organizational culture that fosters safety and quality performance, improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce
Leads employees performing activities incorporating change into electrical assemblies and wire bundles
Develops and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners across shifts
Develop and maintains relationships with direct reports and supports their growth
Understanding of electrical build processes
Understanding of change implementation on electrical commodities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading or managing others
Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ Years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment with Electrical Process Assembly Knowledge
3+ Years of experience navigating BAC Specifications and Documents
1+ years of experience with Quality Management System and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
