Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities:

  • Intermediate understanding of procedures.

  • Troubleshoots basic issues.

  • Manages consumables and work area.

  • Shares knowledge with peers.

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

  • Performs preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting independently.

  • Executes calibrations and metrology checks using standard procedures.

  • Applies cleanroom protocols and GMP compliance in daily tasks.

  • Uses CMMS to document maintenance activities and track equipment history.

  • Interprets technical drawings and equipment manuals.

  • Supports validation and qualification activities for equipment.

  • Operates and maintains ERP and MES systems related to maintenance.

  • Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

  • Participates in CAPA investigations and implements corrective actions.

  • Demonstrates effective communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Takes initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Understands customer needs and supports uptime and quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification or associate’s degree preferred.

  •  ~5+ years relevant experience.

  • HVAC certification preferred

  • Electrical certification preferred
