Our field services team support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products for our global customers.

Take ownership for customer operations

As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Supporting the installation, commissioning, and start-up activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.

Collaborate with the best

As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials—both from suppliers and across internal departments. You will plan and schedule material and production needs, developing quarterly and annual operational plans for materials-related activities. You will also recommend process improvements, support cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure that materials management processes run smoothly to meet OTD and customer requirements.

As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage master planning and material processes in alignment with purchasing requirements.
  • Ensure material availability by confirming that all flow items meet customer want dates.
  • Align with internal customers through KPI monitoring, driving inventory optimization and continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate critical data related to materials, production, process enhancements, and procedural updates.
  • Execute standardized manufacturing processes, following established guidelines and adapting to updates introduced by other functional areas.
  • Interface with Procurement to monitor supplier delivery dates and take action to address deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan operational activities and define material priorities.
  • Support Customer Care by participating in follow‑up and status meetings, providing accurate material and delivery information.
  • Ensure factory deadlines are met by identifying risks early and mitigating potential disruptions to delivery schedules.
  • Apply sound decision‑making in materials planning and execution, with autonomy to organize work and plan outcomes.
  • Implement corrective actions for defects identified in the process, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain).
  • Have avanced knowledge of SAP (MM/PP modules)
  • Be knowledgeable about Power BI
  • Have strong ability to analyze MRP, manage inventory coverage, control obsolete materials, and maintain effective supplier relationships
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have Spanish fluency as a desired qualification
