Responsibilities :
1. Set up, modify, verify, validate, calibrate and operate equipment (mainly routine tests & manufacturing operations)
2. Perform product and equipment troubleshooting and act accordingly to support shop operations.
3. Responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and maintaining calibration records.
4. Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
5. Maintains daily production output
6. May participate in quality control inspections, containment and improvement activities
7. Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve process efficiency
8. Train and assist with onboarding of new employees
9. Complies with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies
Qualifications :
Associate degree in Applied Science (AAS) or at least 2 years experience working in a technical field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare regulated industry. Experience training employees. Experience managing calibration records.
