Manufacturing Engineer(CNC)

Job Description:

Determines the optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products from start-up, building the product line, through satisfactory production. This includes analyzing engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component, creating conceptual sketches and initiating the design and building of required tooling. Describes outside vendor services needed for the manufacture of a component. Establishes outsourced vendor manufacturing & quality plans. Roles that drive improvement to product cost, quality and performance by utilizing Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) methodologies should be assigned to this job family. Jobs that provide engineering technical support in this field should be assigned to this job family.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor or equivalent Degree, major in Electrical/Mechanical/Material Science, at least 3 years working experience; experience of medical product will be preferred.

•  Proficient in operating various machining equipment, including CNC horizontal lathes and 5-axis machining centers. Familiar with FANUC CNC systems, and preferably skilled in operating Citizen L20/L12 machines

•  Well-versed in the properties and machining requirements of titanium

Skilled in using 3D design and programming software

•  Master of PSP, DOE ，Finish bone, 5W2H, PDCA，8D, QC 7 tools ,CAPA such problem solving related tools

•  Positive and self-motivated with high pressure and strong problem-solving skill with trouble detecting, analyze and fixing.

•  Be familiar with the new process development based on the product TSP

•  Fluent in English will be plus, be able to attend conference call with foreign teams and discus technical problems
