Sujet : Optimisation de la gestion des stocks dans l’UAP Injection

Missions à confier :

• Étudier l’existant : gestion des stocks actuelle.
• Analyser les écarts d’inventaire.
• Simuler le flux optimal pour améliorer la maîtrise des stocks
• Valider les différents outils Lean Manufacturing
• Mettre en place une solution draft et suivre les résultats.
• Industrialiser les solutions et assurer leur déploiement.
• Calculer et valider le gain financier
