Sujet : Optimisation et automatisation des postes de contrôle dans l’UAP Injection

Missions à confier :

• Étudier la configuration actuelle de gestion des opérateurs dans l’atelier d’injection.
• Analyser les pertes via chronométrage et comparaison avec les temps SAP et le takt time.
• Définir les familles de produits ciblées pour l’optimisation.
• Proposer une simulation d’optimisation de la gestion de production pour ces familles.
• Développer des prototypes de solutions et valider leur efficacité.
• Lancer et industrialiser les solutions retenues.
• Calculer le gain annuel et le valider avec le département finance.
