Bachelor's degree in STEM field from an accredited university or college.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical information.
Demonstrated ability to manage manufacturing data and documentation in a regulated or production environment.
Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Collaborative mindset and comfort working on the shop floor in partnership with operations teams.
