We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of an Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program. This role does not have direct reports but will lead by influence, guiding technical teams and operators to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency while executing key enabler projects that deliver targeted savings. This role can also serve as a backup for front-line leaders.
What you will do...
Lead Autonomous Maintenance Initiatives:
Drive the development, implementation, and sustainability of AM practices across the manufacturing floor.
Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adopt AM principles and standards.
Continuous Improvement Projects:
Identify and execute efficiency improvement projects focused on reducing downtime, improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and optimizing processes.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to deliver measurable results.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as a subject matter expert for equipment care and reliability strategies.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to standardize best practices.
Training & Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for operators and technical staff on AM processes and tools.
Foster a culture of ownership and accountability for equipment care.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AM and efficiency improvements.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership on progress and opportunities.
Who you will work with...
What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
High School diploma or GED
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
Strong knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance principles and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred.
5 years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$66,000-$94,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
