Partner with the best
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Manufacturing Engineer activities at Nuovo Pignone Vibo developing and supporting Shop Routings of Air Cooler fabrication & Packing Line of Baseplate and Lubo Oil Consol, Tools Capability analysis, Instruction Sheets, Equipment Improvement and Shop Fixture design. 

  • Acting with Lean Six Sigma approaching, evaluating MFG Process and supporting the team for strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity.

  • Connecting with Quality, Planner and Suppliers to manage and collect First Piece and Special Process Qualification. 

  • Working with Mfg Engineers in other BH sites to leverage existing manufacturing process technology and spread the use of innovations and best practices developed around the world.

  • Collaborating with Design Engineering to deliver Process Development, Manufacturing Analysis and FMEA Risk Assessment. 

  • Collaborating with assembly related functions helping development and industrialization of NPI Product/projects.

Follow your passion

To be successful in your role you will have:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering.

  • Availability to work on-site (Nuovo Pignone Vibo (VV), Calabria, Italy (IT)).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in cross functional teams.

  • Fluency both in English and Italian is mandatory.

  • EU Work Permit.

  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions. 

  • Strong team building skills. 

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization. 

  • Ability to create a real and positive change in team environment.
