The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst (Level 3) to support the 777X Composite Wing Center in Everett, Washington.
The successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. The candidate will be expected to familiarize themselves with the business approach and manufacturing processes associated to Spar, Stringer, and Panel Fabrication.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes, interprets, and collects data to assist in strategic business decisions
Approaches business with a lean and continuous improvement mindset to develop new ideas, strategies, and/or tools for high standard of operations
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or systems workflows
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication across multiple roles and levels
Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure
Ability on occasion to work a variable shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with data visualization or dashboard tools
Background in manufacturing, engineering coordination, and/or complex operations
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
