The Role
Our Morwell site is located about 150km east of Melbourne, manufacturing a large range of products in yoghurt and dairy desserts including brands such as Farmers Union, Dairy Farmers and Yoplait. Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week across 9 lines the site is highly automated and is the largest yoghurt facility in Australia.
The Manufacturing Administrator will support production operations: primarily by organising and filing production records, completing transactions in SAP ERP system and reporting on material consumption and waste in the manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate reports summarising delivered stock details.
Maintain SAP system integrity by: Ensuring timely and accurate receipting of delivered products. Recording materials and ingredients used in manufacturing & Completing transactions to maintain correct SAP stock levels for manufactured products.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data or record discrepancies.
Complete waste and stock reports promptly and accurately.
Ensure recipe documentation is correctly completed, filed, and linked to associated SAP transactions.
About you
Proven experience in similar role
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and related computer systems for accurate data management.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functional teams.
Strong time management skill and communication skills
