THE JOB:
As a Mansion Houseperson, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service with a welcoming smile and attention to detail. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of public and residential areas, delivering requested items, and ensuring that every aspect of the environment contributes to creating memorable experiences for guests during their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $25.5469 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Clean ash urns, restrooms in assigned areas, and vacuum all halls, lobbies and edges
Clean and dusts lamps, mirrors, pictures, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of all public and residential areas and equipment
Empty all trash and linen from the Villas and areas as needed and take to relevant areas for cleaning, disposal, etc.
Clean all hall railings, stairwells, closet doors, etc.
Mop and clean all marble or tile floors in assigned area
Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedure and other rotation philosophies and procedures as outlined
Deliver supplies to and re-stocks assigned lockers and pantries
Deliver requested items such as refrigerators, pillows, rollways, cribs, etc. to guests’ rooms
Visually survey pool and surrounding area
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
2+ years of prior relevant Housekeeping experience in a similar hotel resort environment preferred
Experience in a similar resort setting preferred
