Purpose of the role
The Manager provides leadership and coaching to a group of team leaders with significant scope and complexity for a region and/or org structure including employees in various/remote locations/multiple countries
In this role, you’ll join our U.S. Military and Government team, specializing in seamless travel management services to our federal clients.

Ensures talent mix meets business needs
Drives change and employee/leader engagement through effective communications
Uses data to monitor team performance and trends, creates action plans as necessary to ensure sustained performance
Business Leader
Responsible for team delivery of superior customer service to client groups delivering within the budgeted cost structure
What You Will Need
University degree or equivalent experience
7+ years working in a customer service environment, with 3+ years of people management experience
Contact center experience preferred
