Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product development for Real Assets, including the design, structuring, and launch of new funds and investment vehicles aligned to institutional investor demand.
Translate market feedback, investor preferences, and consultant insights into scalable product solutions across the alternatives landscape.
Oversee the review and negotiation of fund documents and legal agreements, ensuring commercial alignment, clarity of investor expectations, and consistency with platform strategy.
Partner with investment teams, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure new products are executable, competitive, and scalable.
Execute capital raising initiatives which support long-term, profitable growth.
Manage strategic client relationships, overseeing fundraising, closings, and retention across institutional, affiliate, and non‑affiliate investors.
Lead solution-oriented discussions with clients, aligning Real Assets capabilities with client portfolio and liability needs.
Represent the Real Assets platform with investors, consultants, and industry partners.
Provide structured education and thought leadership to teams and clients to articulate platform differentiation and investment solutions.
Partner with senior leadership to align product, distribution, and client strategies across Aegon Asset Management.
Foster a culture of client centricity, growth, integrity, and disciplined risk management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Ten (10) years of real estate experience.
Thorough investment/product knowledge.
Strong sales, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills .
Outstanding relationship management skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and accomplish tasks with little oversight.
Demonstrated success in an autonomous, proactive environment.
Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet software, and basic structuring of real estate transactions.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $260,000 - $300,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, the position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
