Managing Director, Head of Sales for Industry Segment, Americas

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to manage a team covering a specialized segment within the Americas business, reporting directly to the Head of the Americas. This position will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue growth targets within their segment and will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding client relationships.
This Managing Director position will lead a team of sales professionals, serving as a role model and source of inspiration for the organization. This leader will demonstrate exceptional sales acumen, leveraging over 15 years of senior business development, sales, and management experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the institutional investment market ecosystem and established relationships with C-level executives at buy-side organizations. Experience selling financial technology solutions is essential.
As a senior leader, you will be expected to bring insights from your segment and contribute to the day-to-day running of the business in the Americas, as well as support the broader company growth strategy.
The business is structured by industry segments inclusive of Asset Management, Pensions, Insurance, and Canada.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $243,000 - 364,000 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance. External title is Managing Director, internal grading Vice President.
