The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Salesforce:
Salesforce is the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software. We pioneered the shift to cloud computing, and today we’re delivering the next generation of social, mobile and cloud technologies that help companies revolutionize the way they sell, service, market and innovate – and become customer companies. We are the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, the World’s Most Innovative Company according to Forbes and one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. Our more human, less corporate culture is built around doing work that matters, winning as a team and celebrating success.

About the role:
The Sales Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting senior executives in driving the business forward. The team is responsible for (i) Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations ; (ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence, (iii) Planning for our future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives

In this role, you will be leading a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts supporting Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. We view our Analyst role as the start of a rewarding, challenging, and highly flexible career with Salesforce. Our Sales Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in the success of the team and become the key pool of talent to nurture, grow and develop into more senior roles within the organization.

As a people manager, your preliminary responsibilities include:

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Support our business units with ongoing data analysis and recommendations to structure and solve complex business problems.
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives and inform decisions on a daily basis.
  • Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics.

Planning for Future Growth

  • Drive "Go-for-Growth" (G4G) initiatives and long-term cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Optimize territory planning and quota allocation to ensure equitable and aggressive growth across SEMEA.

People Management & Talent Incubation

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct weekly 1:1s focused not just on "the what" (tasks) but "the how" (professional growth). You will be responsible for helping your team navigate the Salesforce matrix.
  • V2MOM Alignment: Own the creation of your team’s V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures), ensuring every Analyst understands how their work maps to the company’s global goals.
  • Career Pathing: Actively identify "stretch projects" for Senior Analysts to prepare them for promotion, ensuring a healthy internal talent pipeline.
  • Performance Excellence: Foster a culture of psychological safety where team members feel empowered to experiment with new data models and challenge the status quo.

Minimum desired qualifications:

  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Structured Problem Solving: A proven ability to deconstruct complex business challenges into data-driven workstreams. You don't just find the "what"—you explain the "so what" and the "now what."
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives. You can pivot your message seamlessly whether you are speaking to a frontline Seller or a C-suite Executive.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A "Team-First" mentality. You excel at building cross-functional bridges (with Finance, Marketing, and Sales) to drive alignment and "win as one."
  • Operational Agility: Highly organized and comfortable balancing high-stakes deadlines with long-term strategic projects. You thrive in fast-paced, "ambiguity-is-the-norm" environments.
  • People Growth Mindset: A passion for mentorship. You are energized by the prospect of coaching Analysts and helping them navigate their career paths within Salesforce.
  • Language & Global Perspective: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is highly preferred to effectively support our SEMEA stakeholders.
