You are expected to lead a team of consultants who are delivering world class projects in AVEVA Unified Supply Chain/AVEVA Process Optimization/AVEVA Production Accounting. As a lead you'll be responsible for driving the services function for the practice by active engagement with you team and other functions (Sales, Delivery, Regional team) You''ll be responsible for development of the team and the practise]
Key responsibilities
Development of the team and enabling young engineers
Ensuring highest quality of work in the customer engagement
Providing insights to product enhancements and features
Customer interactions and project management
Drive end to end lifecycle of project from Pre-sales to Go Live
Maintaining the KPIs for cost, time and quality in each delivery
Essential requirements
Must be at least 17 years in the Oil & Gas Industry
Must have worked with any of Process Optimization or Supply Chain solutions
Consulting industry experience as delivery lead
Must have experience in handling a team of min. 5
Experience and understanding of Project life cycle
Understanding of Value Chain concepts
Desired skills
Must be willing to learn constantly
