The Manager, Zone Operations engage and support our Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors on the different aspects of the business including but not limited to case issuance, advisor tagging and on-boarding, digital adoption, etc., collaborating with the leaders and their teams as well as the different business units is essential to be able to provide timely support, feedback and insights that can contribute to the productivity and headcount growth of the leaders.
Position Responsibilities:
Review pending requirements of applications that are beyond TAT and facilitate eventual issuance
Tracking and monitoring the tagging of new recruits
Tracking and monitoring of digital adoption of the distributors on digital tools being introduced by the company like ePOS, Manulife Access, VYMO, etc.
Regular coordination meeting with other business units like NB, Agency Licensing, Policy Admin, etc. to identify areas of opportunities to continuously improve distributor experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies / Administration / Economics / Management
Four years or more relevant experience in sales, business development and agency management preferably in a life insurance setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
Ability to develop and execute sound business plans
Proven leadership skills
Excellent management skills
High sense of business ethics and professionalism
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
