Manager, Web Performance Services

Role Summary

The Omnichannel Services & Solutions (OSS) Web Performance function provides the tools and services required to measure & analyze user activity on Pfizer owned websites. This ensures that teams across the business can uncover the insights needed to improve engagement with key stakeholder groups like HCPs and patients.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Web Performance Services and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role oversees the planning, establishment, and continuous improvement of services related to web analytics, tag management and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable getting hands on with the tools which underpin these services such as Medallia DXA, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Adobe Target.

You will regularly meet with key stakeholders from across the business (including the Chief Marketing Office, commercial brand teams, & Medical) to understand their business needs and translate these into proposals for Web Performance Projects that will meet their objectives. Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of these projects, you’ll spot opportunities to continuously improve the way we design, communicate and execute our Web Performance Services.

The Web Performance Services Manager will report to the Website Performance Tools & Service Director.

What You Will Achieve

In this crucial role, you will ensure the integrity of analytics across all digital properties globally in partnership with our Development and Product Management team.

You will:

  • Serve as a SME for analytics tracking, A/B testing and web analytics insights analysis

  • Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders and cross-functional peers

  • Manage analytics projects from requirement gathering, execution, to delivery, establish/ improve analytics-related business processes

  • Oversee 3rd party media tag implementation using Adobe Launch on global web properties

  • Draft and revise applicable policies and procedures to ensure that the digital assets comply with local/regional privacy laws and regulations

  • Maintain analytics tool documentation used by business and Digital to understand processes and tool configurations

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses when needed

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • 4+ years of professional experience

  • Hands-on experience using some of the Adobe Analytics Suite or similar tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely or Google Tag Manager

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Be able to tell a story from numbers and present findings to stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with both technical teams (dev and engineers) and business stakeholders

  • High level of motivation with ability to work as well autonomously as collaboratively

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Advanced degree

  • Knowledge and some experience with tag management solutions, such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with snowflake and SQL preferred

  • Experience with Tableau a plus

  • Working knowledge of website development and coding concepts
