YOU
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (of Time)
Manage all warehouse functions including hiring, training, safety, and equipment requirements. Coordinate work flow for all shipping departments by attending daily performance meetings, analyze data, such as SAP productivity reports, errors, and schedules, daily and make adjustments accordingly. (30%)
Coach, encourage, and develop employees according to their unique interests and strengths Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback. Have a presence on the shop floor to assist and guide supervisors, leads, and associates. (30%)
Improve the flow of work through the department, and gain mid to long term efficiencies by providing guidance and direction the team in continuous improvement efforts. Perform regular audits against work instructions. (15%)
Maintain employee relations by ensuring that employee timecards are managed and accurate, resolving issues in a timely matter and consistent with company policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement. (15%)
Create and maintain long term vision and goals for department and cascade those directives down through the leadership team to all employees. (10%)

WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This is a full-time, exempt level position located in Salt Lake City, UT.
RELOCATION
Relocation will not be considered for this position.
PAY
$75,100 - $120,200 / year
