In this Warsaw-based role, you will act as a key operational extension of the US Commercial Trade & Fulfillment (T&F) leadership team, delivering dedicated support exclusively to the US market.
This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely implementation of T&F Operations including contract membership, payments, and customer master data support.
You will operate with a high degree of judgment, ownership, and accountability while leading compliant, high-quality execution across the US Commercial Order-to-Cash ecosystem.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain deep expertise in US Order-to-Cash processes, including customer master data governance, contract pricing structures, eligibility validation, and payment calculations, with a strong understanding of downstream financial, operational, and compliance impacts.
Serve as a working manager responsible for calculating high-value monthly payments while overseeing accurate and timely distribution of fee payments, membership eligibility confirmations, pricing validations, and customer master data stewardship supporting the US business.
Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of five (5) Poland-based contract administrators and customer master data stewards, ensuring effective prioritization, quality oversight, issue resolution, and structured escalation of systemic risks to US leadership.
Execute priorities and direction set by US-based Commercial Trade & Fulfillment leadership, ensuring delivery meets defined service levels, quality standards, timelines, compliance requirements, and US-set objectives.
Identify and resolve issues related to Pricing, Membership, Chargebacks, Rebates, Data Integrity, and Customer Master records, strengthening preventive controls and improving operational transparency.
Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure seamless workflows, data accuracy, and alignment across systems and stakeholders.
Ensure all SOX controls are properly executed and documented, maintaining audit readiness and providing support for internal and external audits and compliance initiatives.
Draft, implement, and continuously refine detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational consistency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, improve data integrity, and better meet evolving stakeholder needs across the US Commercial organization.
Leverage digital capabilities and emerging technologies, including advanced analytics and Generative AI tools, to automate manual workflows, strengthen governance, enhance payment accuracy, and support scalable US operations.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
Degree in Finance or Business
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel working with formulas, pivots, and data analysis
5-7 years of relevant professional experience within Commercial Operations, Trade & Fulfillment, Finance Operations, or Order-to-Cash processes, including team leadership experience with AI in business a plus
Proficiency in English (verbal and/or written) required due to global collaboration needs
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Leadership and Collaboration Skills:
Experience managing offshore or near-shore teams in a shared services or global delivery model.
Ability to establish customer centric mindset within the team.
Ability to communicate timely and clearly with US based leadership to meet US derived objectives and hold local Poland based teams accountable for outcomes.
Proven track record in driving process improvements and creating innovative solutions to operational challenges.
Experience building strong relationships across teams to align priorities and achieve goals.
Ability to navigate through processes changes in a heavily seasonal business
Problem-Solving and Communication:
Ability to balance hands-on execution with people leadership in a high-volume operational environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Expertise in Contract Operations a plus:
Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical market dynamics, including pricing, reimbursement, and contracting.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and contract governance processes.
