This role reports to the Director of Learning and Development and accountable for project and program managing, overseeing execution of L&D programs and initiatives, including collaborating with business, key stakeholders to execute functional learning and MBPS-wide initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with functional and MBPS-wide capability priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation, ensuring programs are delivered on time and to quality standards.
  • Support the Director of Learning & Development on strategic programs by handling technical components, managing workstreams, and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
  • Facilitate workshops or capability-building sessions (e.g., Project Management) to support organizational development goals.
  • Drive innovation in L&D processes, tools, and technologies to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development or related fields

  • 3–5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end projects with strong background on Project Management framework and documentation

  • Proven experience design and developing learning content

  • PMP Training and Certification is a plus

  • Knowledge and expertise on Articulate 360 is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management or learning design
  • Strong technical proficiency in L&D systems, data analytics, report building, or process automation.
  • Experience supporting organization-wide or multi-site capability initiatives.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across functions and levels and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
