WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and execute the full annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, salary planning)

  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on pay decisions, changes, job evaluation, and market benchmarking

  • Oversee benefits and pension programs, including vendor management/relations and annual renewals

  • Drive disability management, leave programs, and return-to-work processes as related to all pay matters

  • Ensure compliance with Pay Equity, Pay Transparency, and provincial legislative requirements

  • Deliver key reporting and insights and analytics as requested

  • Collaborate with global compensation peers to ensure alignment and execution of global pay philosophies and policies

  • Optimize HRIS processes and ensure data integrity across all Total Rewards programs

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across programs

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with progressive leadership roles in Total Rewards Management  

  • Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and pension administration

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, advanced to expert EXCEL skills  

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or ADP Workforce Now is an asset)

  • CHRP/CHRL or CCP designation (completed or in progress) preferred

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, corporate matrixed environment

*This position is based in our Niagara-on-the-Lake Corporate Head Office, and follows a hybrid work model, with occasional travel as required and/or directed.

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $100,000 – $116,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc
