As a Manager, Technology Project & Program Management, you will lead a team and be accountable for the performance and results of your departmental area. In this role, you will manage complex IT projects, driving progress from inception to successful completion, and utilizing your leadership skills to foster a high-performing team environment. Your strategic vision will ensure projects meet all specifications within budget and on time.
In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, IT Operations and work a hybrid schedule from our local office (2 days in office, 3 days from home).
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of project managers and support staff.
• Oversee multiple complex IT projects across various domains.
• Develop project plans and manage project risks.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate resource allocation across various projects.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives.
Skills:
• Advanced Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Budget Management: Creating and managing project budgets.
• Strategic Planning: Designing long-term project strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Utilizing KPIs to measure project success.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently distributing resources across projects.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

Compensation:
$128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
